Under Oregon’s public records law, I am requesting copies of any and all communications or other information—if any—that the Museum of Natural & Cultural History received from the Smith River Rancheria (a.k.a. the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation) regarding the Repatriation of Pistol River (Chetlessentun) Human Remains and Funerary Objects currently housed at the MNCH dated on or after April 5, 2017. I have attached a related decision letter to assist you to locate any such communications.
