I am writing to request the following: any and all correspondence, written or electronic, between members of the men's basketball staff, athletic director Rob Mullens and/or university and outside counsel including but not limited to Kevin Reed regarding incidents and accusations of sexual assault including members of the men's basketball team and staff since March 1, 2014 through the current date; any and all correspondence, written or electronic, between the athletic department and/or general counsel's office and the NCAA including confirmed and potential compliance violations and eligibility issues regarding the men's basketball players and the basketball staff since March 1, 2014 through the current date, any and all correspondence, written or electronic, between the athletic department and/or general counsel's office with the Department of Justice, including but not limited to the FB,I as well as the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights. I understand that these records will be supplied in a time that is as soon as possible without reasonable delay.
