Under the Oregon Public record law  ORS 192.314(1), I am requesting any communication between the UO Foundation and the donor family of the Pioneer Mother statue, who may be related to Burt Barker. Particularly on the sale and transfer of the Pioneer Mother statue from the University of Oregon to the Oregon Historical Society.
