In accordance with Oregon Public Records Laws, I am requesting records of the interim suspension of University of Oregon fraternity Theta Chi, all records of any investigation into Theta Chi between January 1, 2024 and March 11, 2024, and any and all University of Oregon Fraternity and Sorority Life and University of Oregon Interfraternity Council correspondences relating to Theta Chi’s interim suspension between January 1, 2024 and March 11, 2024.
