In accordance with Oregon Public Records Laws, I am requesting records of investigations opened into University of Oregon fraternities Delta Sigma Phi and Phi Delta Theta between January 1, 2024 and February 26, 2024, and any and all University of Oregon Fraternity and Sorority Life and University of Oregon Interfraternity Council correspondences relating to the interim suspensions of Delta Sigma Phi and Phi Delta Theta made between January 1, 2024 and February 26, 2024.
