I am writing to formally request correspondence and documents sent to the University of Oregon's Athletic department from Electronic Arts Inc., (EA Sports) and Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) as it relates to the development of the EA Sports College Football game currently in development. EA Sports and CLC have sent a number of institutions proposals and requests for information (RFI) relating to its upcoming game. Some documents may include proposed royalty agreements, and requests for photos and information related to University of Oregon property (trophies, jerseys, helmets, logos, audio, etc.).  It is these RFI documents and draft agreements that I am requesting, along with substantive email correspondence with EA Sports and CLC relating to the game dating back to 2021, if possible. Specific documents include but not limited to:1.
