I am writing to you as the public records officer for the University of Oregon, to formally request access to government records under the Oregon Records; Public Reports and Meetings statute.  See Or. Rev. Stat. § 192.001, et seq.For purposes of this request, the term “climate change” includes, but is not limited to, global warming and greenhouse-gas emissions.I seek access to the following records, including, for each request below, written documents, letters, e-mails, text messages, notes, reports, meeting minutes, internal memoranda, and the like:

1. All records by the University or its current or former faculty, including but not limited to [UO] Professor Mary Christina Wood, and Multnomah County, including but not limited to the Office of Sustainability and/or Multnomah County employees John Wasiutynski or Courtney Lords, and related to or referencing any actual or potential litigation regarding climate change, including (without limitation) the University of Oregon Law School, the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Center, or the Environmental Law Clinic, from January 1, 2020 to present.
