1. All meeting minutes from any and all meetings from January 1, 2017 to the
present, whether online or in person, formal or informal, in which any
changes to faculty structure in the Clark Honors College were discussed or
referenced;
2. All notes of any kind, whether handwritten, typed, or voice or video
recorded, regarding changes to faculty structure in the Clark Honors College
were discussed or referenced between January 1, 2017, through the
present; and
3. Any and all ESI, including text messages, emails, or other messages on other
electronic platforms from [UO staff] regarding the changes to faculty structure in the Clark Honors
College between January 1, 2017, and the present.
