Pursuant to your state’s public records laws, I request any written documentation from Learfield or its "sports properties" subsidiary to the university's legal counsel or athletic department that asserts or substantiates the claim of a force majeure event (including, but not limited to, the COVID-19 pandemic), or which otherwise sought a reduction to the guaranteed royalty or AGR threshold amount of the athletics multimedia rights agreement, from March 1, 2020 to July 1, 2022.  I’d also like to request any arbitration notices sent to/from Learfield or it’s “sports property” subsidiary to/from the university or athletic department.
