I am seeking records from Jan. 1, 2020 to the date of the fulfillment of this records request related to the The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health.  Specifically, I am seeking any and all correspondence between University of Oregon staff and the Ballmer family and/or its representatives related to its contribution to the university; documents related to the proposed and/or actual purchase of the former Concordia University campus in Portland; and any proposed plans for the new institute, including architectural renderings, site plans, site proposals, additional funding plans, permit applications or similar records.
