In accordance with Oregon's Public Records Law, I'd like to make a public records request for a copy of two public records, defined by law as "any writing that contains information relating to the conduct of the public's business, including but not limited to court records, mortgages, and deed records, prepared, owned, used or retained by a public body regardless of physical form of characteristics," which for the purposes of this request are 1) the "summary of expansion considerations" discussed at a Pac-12 Conference meeting in March and 2) a "memo from the Rose Bowl Management Committee."
