Pursuant to the state open records law Or. Rev. Stat. Secs. 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request access to and a copy of:

1. Any records of correspondence (including but not limited to emails, text messages, internal messaging systems) between University of Oregon police and Oregon basketball coach, athletics director , and/or Oregon president and/or their administrative assistants from September 19, 2016 to October 15, 2016.

2. Copies of text messages from Oregon basketball coach and athletics director containing the words “Gillette” and/or “Wyoming” (or derivations thereof) from September 19, 2016 to October 15, 2016.

3. Phone records, including cell phone records, from Oregon basketball coach and athletics director from September 19, 2016 to October 5, 2016.

3. Any emails possessed by University of Oregon athletics department officials sent to or received from lsu.edu email addresses  from April 1, 2017 to June 22, 2017.
