Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that relate to the university’s hiring freeze enacted March 19, 2020. Specifically, I would like to request: All submissions to the [UO hiring freeze exception] form since March 19, 2020, as well as all responses sent by Talent Acquisition in University Human Resources to these requests.
