In pursuant of Oregon's Public Records Law, Judicial Watch Inc. seeks the following records. 

1. Records of President Michael Schill's meetings and discussions about the 2020 football season held between August 4th-August 11th. Such records include, but are not limited to, emails and text messages with other university presidents, athletic directors, University of Oregon officials and administrators, representatives of the Pac 12 conference, and state of Oregon government officials, as well as agendas, notes, memoranda, and minutes created in preparation for, during, and/or as a result of the meetings and discussions held between August 4th-August 11th.
2. Records of Athletic Director Rob Mullens's meetings and discussions about the 2020 football season held between August 4th-August 11th. Such records include, but are not limited to, emails and text messages with other university athletic directors, University of Oregon officials and administrators, coaches, and representatives of the Pac 12 conference, as well as agendas, notes, memoranda, and minutes created in preparation for, during, and/or as a result of the meetings and discussions held between August 4th-August 11th.
3. Records of Coach Mario Cristobal's meetings and discussions about the 2020 football season held between August 4th-August 11th. Such records include, but are not limited to, emails and text messages with University of Oregon officials and administrators, coaches, and representatives of the Pac 12 conference, as well as agendas, notes, memoranda, and minutes created in preparation for, during, and/or as a result of the meetings and discussions held between August 4th-August 11th.
