Pursuant to O.R.S. 192.410, I write to request emails (including attachments) to and from the following individuals sent or received between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020. pertaining to correspondence about the outbreak of COVID-19. 

● Individuals: 

○ University president (or chancellor if applicable) 

○ Athletic director 

● Containing the following words: 

○ COVID / COVID-19 

○ Coronavirus 

This is a request for all such emails, not only emails sent to the campus as part of the university’s official response. 

In addition we request the following: 

● Any studies or analyses commissioned on behalf of the university projecting the impact of COVID-19 on the campus in terms of projections of infection totals and/or mortality
