Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that include any and all correspondence between [UO] president, [UO] athletic director, and any other university staff or members of the NCAA and/or PAC-12 regarding the university’s response to coronavirus (and COVID-19), the PAC-12’s cancellation of its basketball conference championship tournament, and the NCAA’s cancellation all winter and spring championship tournaments.
