Any emails sent or received by Athletic Director between Sept. 8, 2019, and Oct. 9, 2019, that reference any of the following terms: “SB 206,” “Senate Bill 206,” “Fair Pay to Play,” “Newsom,” or “name, image and likeness.” I am not requesting any responsive emails from so-called “clipping services” or similar news aggregators. 
2. Any emails sent or received by Athletic Director between Oct. 26, 2019, and Nov. 1, 2019, that reference “name, image and likeness,” “NIL,” or include any email address ending in “ncaa.org.” I am not requesting any responsive emails from so-called “clipping services” or similar news aggregators.
