I am requesting under the terms of the Oregon Public Records Law all correspondence between the National Institutes of Health and the  Office of the Vice President for Research & Innovation at the University of Oregon regarding researchers alleged to have violated NIH policies relating to peer review or disclosure of foreign support. I am seeking relevant correspondence between the dates of Aug. 1, 2018 and Aug. 1, 2019.
