Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1). Email correspondence between University of Oregon's Government & Community Relation staff members and any representatives of the Alliance of Western Energy Consumers, Northwest Industrial Gas Users, or Industrial Customers of Northwest Utilities.
2). Records of dues or membership payments submitted by the University of Oregon to the Alliance of Western Energy Consumers.
