Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting copies of public records including all email exchanges between Oregon president Michael Schill and Pac-12 Conference commissioner Larry Scott including and between the dates of November 1, 2018 and Dec. 3, 2018. I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of the funding of a publicly-funded university.
