Under Oregon’s public records law, I am requesting any meeting materials arising from meetings of the "Coordination Committee” as defined by Section 2.3 of the University’s June 8, 2018 lease of the Hayward Field property to PHIT, LLC. Specifically, I’m requesting any agendas, materials or exhibits from the regular (“no less than monthly”) project status meetings between the UO’s project manager, PHIT and the representative of PHIT’s contractor as defined in that subsection.
