request copies of the following documents:

individual program or team, made by Nike, Inc. and/or any of said
company's subsidimy entities (hereinafter: "Nike"); for the years 2008
through 2011; and

made to the University of Oregon's athletic department and/or any
individual program or team, made by Mr. Phil Knight and/or any
foundation O]Jerated Ol maintained by Mr. Knight (hereinafter: ''Mr.
Knight"); for the years 2008 through 2011; and
" Any contracts or agreements between Nike and/ or Mr. Knight and the U of
0 Athletic Department and/or any U of 0 athletic program (i.e. the football
program); for the years 2008 through 2011.
