I am requesting, under Oregon's public records law, digital copies of all contracts and invoices between the University of Oregon and Academic Analytics. In addition, I am requesting copies of any existing requests for proposals from the University that Academic Analytics responded to, and copies of these responses from Academic Analytics. I would like either scanned or digital copies of these records. I can pick up the hard copies if necessary as long as I am notified as soon as they are available. I am requesting a waiver of fees, as it is in the public interest to understand how the University is using the services Academic Analytics provides. However, if any fees are to be incurred with this request, I am requesting to be notified of these charges in an itemized invoice before receiving the records.
