Records Request:
All contracts, financial records and relevant e-mails pertaining to the contractual relationship between the athletic department of the University of Oregon (and its affiliates) and Spectra/ Paciolan. This request includes all current and past contractual agreements between the two parties including financial and contractual terms of such agreements, as well as correspondence amongst university officials and between Spectra/ Paciolan and university officials during the negotiation of the contracts, particularly those relating to Spectra/ Paciolan's provision of services as principal agent of sale for tickets to attend the university athletic department's attractions/ events.
