Pursuant to applicable state freedom of information laws, the undersigned hereby requests, for the period going back from the present until the start of the third full preceding fiscal year, the following information for the (1) Athletic Director and (2) the second most highly compensated administrator in the athletic department:

1. Copies of all employment agreements and compensatory arrangements, including amendments.
2. Pay records, including salary, bonus, retirement, health care and other benefits and perquisites.
