Hello--we are making a making a FOIA request for the following positions for the University of Oregon for the years 2010-2016 for the offices of:

1. President/chancellor

2. Chief of staff

3. Vice President Administration

4. Vice President, facilities

The information we are seeking is as follows:

A.  All remuneration actually paid to the individual during those years or amounts contributed or allocated to a deferred compensation or retirement plan.  We ask for specific amount for each category, such as salary, bonus, incentive pay, contributions to profit sharing plan, allocations to deferred compensation plan, hiring bonus, retention bonus, severance payment, etc.

B. All employment contracts in place for such persons in such years, including retirement contracts.  Because we realize the retirement contracts could be voluminous, we  would accept in their place, detailed summaries or calculations given to participants. 

C.  We are flexible in terms of what is provided, so long as the information provides a detailed breakdown of all components of pay.
