This is a request for records pursuant to state law as well as the terms of a written contract that is in force between the University of Oregon and our company whereby our company provides the University of Oregon’s Department of athletics with a data and information service called Win AD (see www.winthropintelligence.com). The Oregon Open Records Act requires a response time within a reasonable period of time. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than that time period, please contact me to advise when I should expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

  1. Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the following “Documents” for the athletic department staff listed below:
    1. Current employment contract and salary (Letter of intent, form agreement, or applicable document / record which shows annual compensation and start/end date of employment). If an employee does not have a formal written agreement, please provide (ideally in a spreadsheet or table format): Name, Compensation, and Start/End Date (or write “At Will” if applicable).
    2. Most recent outside income form (ideally 2018-2019 fiscal year) including Sports Camps for any employee if available.
    3. Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request copies of the following “Documents” for the athletic department staff listed below:
      1. Most recent outside income form (ideally 2018-2019 fiscal year) including Sports Camps for any employee if available.
      2. Pursuant to applicable authority, I am writing to request a copy of any contract or written agreement in force (i.e., signed, fully executed) between the University and/or its Department of Athletics (or its affiliates) and third parties regarding all of the following categories of subject matter:
        1. Apparel: According to an online source, the university has a contract with Nike. Please send this contract and any current sport-specific apparel contracts.
        2. Concessions for all athletic facilities (through firms such as Aramark, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
        3. Multi-media rights (through firms such as IMG, Learfield, Nelligan, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
        4. Pouring Rights: The current agreement I have previously received with Willamette Beverage Company is set to expire in June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade.
        5. Pouring Rights: The current agreement I have previously received with Gatorade is set to expire in July 31, 2020. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend. In addition, please send any current sideline beverage contracts through firms such as Gatorade or Powerade.
        6. Ticketing: The current agreement I have previously received with Ticketmaster is set to expire in June 30, 2022. If there is an updated contract or amendment, please send, otherwise no need to resend.
        7. Trademark: According to an online source, the university has a contract with IMG College. Please send this contract and any additional licensing/trademark contracts.
        8. Outsourced Ticketing: The current agreement I have previously received with Duck Tix has expired on June 30, 2017. If the existing expired contract has been extended, please send new extension agreement, or send any new agreement you have made (through firms such as Aspire, Collegiate Consulting, etc.).
        9. Bookstore Operations on the University Campus (through firms such as Barnes & Noble and Follett, etc). If no such contractual agreement exists, please indicate there is no contract.
