I submit the following public records request under ORS 192.410, et. seq. relating to the Alternative Process to Secure a Distributed Antenna System for the University of Oregon. My understanding is that the University of Oregon issued a letter on or about January 14, 2010 to obtain information to use in negotiating a potential contract with a qualified firm to install, operate and maintain a neutral host Distributed Antenna System (DAS) on the University's campus in Eugene, Oregon. As such, I request copies of the following public records:1. Copies of any and all contract awards, agreements and/or contracts to anytelecommunications provider that resulted from the Alternative Process tosecure a Distributed Antenna System for the University of Oregon openedin January 2010.
