I am requesting the lease agreement between the NWL Team Eugene Emeralds and the University of Oregon for the use of PK Park, as I cannot find it publicily on the website. Also, I believe this would classify under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Again, I am looking for the lease agreement for PK Park between the Eugene Emeralds and the University.
