This is a request for public records involving the University of Oregon, its athletic department and the relationship with their official athletics event staffing services, hospitality services and ticket sales and management service third parties.  I request that a copy of the following documents or documents containing the following information be provided:  
•    A copy of any current agreement including contract(s) duration, guarantees, royalty splits, services and other financial terms between third parties and the University of Oregon, or any alternative document summarizing any recent expansion or extension of any agreement between the University of Oregon and third-parties.

To ensure the response to our request is not delayed the definitions of our specific third parties and their services are as follows: 
•    Event staffing services include third parties performing event security, ticket takers, ushers, parking, and crowd management. 
•    Hospitality services include third parties providing experiential services, customer service, elevated amenities, differentiated offerings based on financial giving/ticket buying levels, as well as food and beverage.  
•    Ticket sales and management services include primary and secondary ticket sales third parties as well as those third parties focused on donor engagement and gifting.
