Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of the following public records:

1. The current Men’s Football Director of Speed & Performance contract including any amendments thereto

2. The current Men’s Football Associate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach  including any amendments thereto

3. The current Men’s Football Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach  including any amendments thereto

4. The current Men’s Football Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach contract; and

5.  The current Athletic Director contract including any amendments thereto

Please note: If the coach did not sign a contract – but is instead working from an offer letter and/or memorandum of understanding – those documents will suffice in fulfillment of this request. Furthermore, if the coach is an at-will employee, please provide their base salary for the 2024-2025 contract year.
