Pursuant to the state’s Open Records Law, I request information pertaining to the team chaplain, or chaplains, of each sport in the athletic department. Specifically, I request the name of the team chaplain for each sport at the university, if applicable, and the contractual agreements documenting any fiduciary relationship between the athletic department and/or university and said team chaplain(s). In addition, I request documentation pertaining to the selection, guidelines, or policies of selecting a team chaplain.
