Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq, we request copies of the following:1) Copies of any contracts or agreements, and all amendments, addendums, appendices, and exhibits thereto, signed and/or active as of July 1, 2023, between University of Oregon and food service contractors or providers (e.g., Sodexo, Aramark, Chartwells) that oversee meal plan, dining hall, restaurant, quick-service, or fast-food operations. This includes any campus-wide, unit-specific, or auxiliary enterprise organization contracts/agreements. 2) The request or requests for proposals (RFPs) that immediately preceded and led to the contracts described above.3) All proposals and accompanying materials submitted in response to the RFPs described above.4) All reports, presentations, and meeting notes about the contracts described above.5) All internal memos, emails, or other documents concerning the parties’ course of performance or modification of their obligations under the contracts described above.
