Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq. , I am requesting:
1) All current agreements between the University of Oregon and Starbucks for the operation of
Starbucks stores as well as the distribution, and, or sale of Starbucks products on the University
of Oregon’s campuses;
2) Any additional agreements between the University of Oregon and Starbucks not covered above,
including but not limited to, sponsorship, brand licensing, and, or student financial assistance;
3) Any records that account for how much the University of Oregon has paid to Starbucks and, or
that Starbucks has paid to the University of Oregon over the past ten years concerning any
agreements; and
4) Copy of the University of Oregon’s supplier code of conduct or any similar document that details
conduct obligations that Starbucks must adhere to as a University of Oregon supplier and, or
vendor.
