I request access to and copies of all contracts, commercial agreements, financial records and e-mail correspondence pertaining to the contractual relationship and partnership between the athletic department of the University of Oregon (and its affiliates) and StubHub. This request includes all current and past contractual agreements between the two parties including financial and contractual terms of such agreements, as well as correspondence amongst university officials, StubHub and IMG College during the negotiation and consummation of such contracts, particularly those relating to StubHub's secondary ticket marketplace partnership with University of Oregon Athletics.
