Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq.,  I am requesting digital copies of the following:

• Contractual agreements entered into by this institution with other institutions and/or event planners for the purpose of scheduling contests to be played by the varsity men's basketball team during the current and forthcoming seasons.This includes but is not limited to agreements with the following entities, their representatives or the respective event planner:
  • Florida A&M University
  • University of California Irvine
• Amendments to contractual agreements entered into by this institution with other institutions and/or event planners which stipulate the dates of contests which were designated as to be determined in previous agreements.
