This is a request under the state freedom of information/access statute, for the following items:1.       Any school or athletic department contract or agreement with a third-party, non-university provider or contractor, or internal university-related department or person, including, but not limited to providers like Opendorse and Altius, or so-called 'Collectives', applicable to the 2022-23 seasons, for the provision of services, whether digital, human, or other internet-based, associated with the training, instruction, or marketing of student-athletes or their name, image or likeness, or right of publicity, or for the payment of money to fund either NIL/right of publicity payments to the player, or which function or operate as third-party foundations or other non-profit, to move payments or other benefits to the school. 2.       Any FERPA waiver or release which any student-athlete has been or will be required or asked to sign, applicable to the 2022-23 seasons;3.       Any Name, Image, or Likeness, or right of publicity waiver, consent, or grant-of-rights, which any student athlete has been or will be required or asked to sign, whether by school or conference, applicable to the 2022-23 seasons;4. Any document which the student-athlete is required or asked to sign, which purports to require that he report to the school any of his NIL or other personal right of publicity agreements, payments, or benefits received from third parties, relating to the 2022-23 seasons.5. Copies of documents submitted by individual players to athletic departments, reflecting NIL/Right of Publicity agreements or contracts with third-parties, entered into by the player, with personal information redacted.
