I’m writing to make a public records request regarding the University’s relationship with Instructure, who was selected as the University of Oregon’s Learning Management System (LMS) vendor according to a university web site (link below). 

I’d like to request the following items.

1. A copy of the contract with Instructure including the pricing paid by the state
2. A summary/review of the scorecard used to evaluate vendors (if available).
