Please produce copies of the following records:  Any lease or license agreement between the University of Oregon (or any of its departments or its Board) and any entity (including but not limited to PHIT, LLC) for Hayward Field, any portion of or structure on Hayward Field, and/or the area surrounding Hayward Field, including any addenda to any such lease and/or license agreement.  Please also provide communications with any lessee and/or licensee regarding extending and/or terminating any such lease and/or license agreement.
