Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I request copies of any contracts, memoranda of understanding, or other agreements regarding the Confucius Institute. This includes but is not necessarily limited to agreements with Hanban (aka Confucius Institute Headquarters) and East China Normal University.
