Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I request copies of any contracts, memoranda of understanding, formal or informal agreements, or receipts of funding from the Chinese International Education Foundation or the Chinese Ministry of Education Center for Language Exchange and Cooperation. I also request copies of any contracts, memoranda of understanding, and formal or informal agreements with East China Normal University.
