Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to obtain digital copies of public records that pertain to the scheduling of non-conference games and multi-team exempt events intended to be played by the Oregon Men's Basketball team for the 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.

These public records may include but are not limited to:

·         Agreements between Oregon and other institutions or event planners. This includes

o    Contractual agreements

o    Notices of cancellation  

o    Amendments to contractual agreements

·         Documents shared with and by Oregon's athletic conference pertaining to non-conference scheduling.
