This is a request for records pursuant to state law as well as the terms of a written contract that is in force between the University of Oregon and our company whereby our company provides the University of Oregon’s Department of athletics with a data and information service called Win AD (see www.winthropintelligence.com). The Oregon Open Records Act requires a response time within a reasonable period of time. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer than that time period, please contact me to advise when I should expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.

2. Apparel: According to an online source, University of Oregon and/or it's Athletics Department has a contract with Nike for Apparel. Please email a copy of this contract and any current sport-specific apparel contracts.
3. Trademark: According to an online source, University of Oregon and/or it's Athletics Department has a contract with CLC (Learfield IMG College) for Trademark rights. Please email a copy of this contract and any additional licensing/trademark contracts.
