Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I am requesting:  

• Electronic copies of all conflict of interest and/or outside employment forms filed by staff of the University of Oregon, including but not limited to filings from staff on: full-time paid employment at another institution or organization/private consulting or advisory committee service/holding a political office, as disclosed in the "Financial Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form” (as shown at https://library.uoregon.edu/records/schedule/166-475-0060#2). Please provide all forms filed in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 to date.
