Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., I hereby request the following records: 

• I am requesting any and all information regarding the company Emmersion.
• Contractual documents between the University of Oregon and Emmersion and its subsidiaries. Examples of this are invoices, purchases orders, contracts, loan agreements, procurement documents etc.
• Records of communication with Emmersion and University of Oregon employees.
• All communications referencing Emmersion from July 1st, 2012 to today.
• Guidelines and/or internal policy on the use of Emmersion’s services, algorithms and hiring documents.
• Any and all written documents, guidelines, contracts, written communication, video recordings etc. in regards to Emmersion.
