Pursuant to the Oregon Freedom of Information Act, this request is to receive an electronic copy of the current and active contract/agreement and any subsequent amendments between University of Oregon and its licensing agency, Fermata Partners. In addition, I would like to know the total royalty revenues paid to University of Oregon for fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 broken down by apparel, non-apparel, and specialty programs, if possible.
