I seek certain information concerning the Learning Management Systems contract
process. Specifically, I seek:
1. The submitted proposals (both cost and technical);
2. The award evaluations/score sheets;
3. The contract(s) and any subsequent contract amendments;
4. The Request for Proposal;
5. Presentations made regarding the proposal submissions, including those made by contractors;
6. Pilot results; and

7. Any public record requests made seeking information on "learning management systems, "lnstructure," or "Canvas"
