This is a request for public records involving the University of Oregon, its athletic department and/or its affiliates (“University of Oregon”) and the relationship with TailgatePal, LLC or any of its affiliates (“TailgatePal”). I request that a copy of the following documents [or documents containing the following information] be provided to me:
• A copy of any agreement between TailgatePal and the University of Oregon for future periods, including for the 2017 football season, or any alternative document summarizing any recent expansion or extension of any agreement between University of Oregon and TailgatePal, including duration, guarantees, royalty splits, locations, services and other financial terms;
• Financial reports, year-end statement, or royalty calculations summarizing activities of TailgatePal on or around the University of Oregon campus during the 2016/17 school year;
• Email communications from owners or operators of TailgatePal with any proposed terms or financial guarantees offered to the University of Oregon for the 2017 football season or any future period;
