Good afternoon, I am seeking guidance on what to I need to do to get information, quickly.  I am interested in reviewing proposals submitted to The Ducks for Team Ground Transportation Services.  I am conducting research and seeking guidance on how some of our peers have put together their proposals and what we may be able to use in terms of format from what they submitted to you.
