Pursuant to Oregon's Public Records Act, I am writing to request the following records:

1. All contracts, agreements, and related documents between University of Oregon and EAB Global, Inc.  (Education Advisory Board), specifically pertaining to the Navigate product, if applicable. This should include, but is not limited to:
   • The full, executed contract
   • Any amendments or addenda to the contract
   • Pricing information
   • Service level agreements
   • Data sharing agreements
